Easy Breezy Home Beauty

Spring always feels like the perfect time to beautify your home. As Mother Nature decorates our landscape with gorgeous flowers and blossoms, we may find ourselves wishing to do the same indoors. I have found some super easy ways bring a bit more beauty into your home.

Have a bare window that needs some covering? Check out these directions for an easy no-sew Roman Shade using tension rods and fabric glue.

You will never look at toilet paper rolls the same way again. Check out this eco-friendly wall art; a great rainy day activity to do with the kids. All you need are some toilet paper rolls, a few other household items and you’re but minutes away from some new flair for your lonely walls.

Recycling your books is always a good idea, but sometimes even the used book store will not accept all your books. Rather than toss them away, you could make a wonderful Book Wreath; all you need is the equivalent of one paperback novel, a foam wreath from the dollar store, a glue gun and a few other items. You can make this wreath for about two dollars!

Take a bit of time to add some time to a room.  Check out this easy to make clock using scrapbook paper. Scrapbook paper can also be used to create an interesting “mat” that will pretty up any picture.
